This enables us to trade with companies and employ subcontractors for our developments, facilitate property sales, and to provide a service to our clients. Information is generally held within our cloud storage system and within our accounts and banking systems to enable us to send and receive invoices and payments  for goods or services purchased or supplied. Our information is backed up daily and encrypted by the providers of those storage systems with the additional protection of our own inhouse security software. This data is not accessible, nor is it accessed by any person outside of our company.

 

We will not disclose your personal information to any third party other than in accordance with the circumstances detailed below:

  • in the event that we sell our business (and disclose all information to the buyer);

  • where we are legally required by law to disclose your personal information;

  • to further fraud protection and reduce the risk of fraud.

Access to Information

In accordance with GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you have the right to access any information that we hold relating to you. Requests can be made verbally or in writing, and we will respond to you within one month.
